BAYS WORK 共享辦公孵化器 坐落于深圳市南山區(qū)前海深港青年夢工場，該項(xiàng)目占地約 3600 平方米，緊鄰當(dāng)?shù)刈罘比A的商業(yè)區(qū)。源品設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)通過提取品牌的內(nèi)在精神特質(zhì)，打破坪效最大化的傳統(tǒng)布局準(zhǔn)則，提供了創(chuàng)新變通的辦公環(huán)境，從而取代傳統(tǒng)靜態(tài)辦公，用全新的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)美學(xué)來詮釋活力與藝術(shù)氣息。

Bay work accelerator is located in Qianhai Shenzhen Hong Kong youth dream factory, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. The project covers an area of about 3600 square meters and is close to the most prosperous business district in the city. By extracting the internal spiritual characteristics of the brand, the source product design team breaks the traditional layout principle of maximizing floor efficiency, and provides an innovative and flexible office environment, thus replacing the traditional static office and interpreting the vitality and artistic atmosphere with a brand-new design structure aesthetics.

各種直播間、視頻會(huì)議室、會(huì)議室和路演廳精心的布局在這個(gè)超過 3000 平方米的空間中，所以人們總是很方便的找到需要的一切。

Various live rooms, video conference rooms, conference rooms and roadshow halls are carefully arranged in this space of more than 3000 square meters, so people always find everything they need.

顏色和造型復(fù)雜的對比是公共空間設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)，無論是大膽的紋理和貼圖都在不同程度上?發(fā)揮著作用。設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)在該層建立核心功能島，配置咖啡區(qū)、休閑區(qū)及公共發(fā)布區(qū)等公共

空間。

沿著采光良好區(qū)域設(shè)置了多功能座椅，可供員工進(jìn)行洽談和靈活辦公，提升整體的聯(lián)動(dòng)性?和靈活性。

The common spaces are based on the sophisticated contrast of colors and shapes,both? bold textures and maps play a role in varying degrees.The design team establishes a

core? functional island on this floor, and configures public spaces such as coffee area, leisure? area and public release area. 

Multifunctional seats are set along the areas with good? lighting,?so that employees can negotiate and work flexibly to improve the overall linkage and? flexibility.

在材料的選擇上，基本整體采用了木飾面伴以局部的黑色不銹鋼，這樣的做法意在保持辦公空間的商務(wù)屬性，避免了許多共享辦公場所設(shè)計(jì)所陷入的怪圈，過度追求娛樂性而失去了原本

的特質(zhì)。這樣可以讓在共享辦公空間中辦公的人們在快樂的同時(shí)還能時(shí)刻保有著辦公的基調(diào)和熱情。      

Wood sets the tone as the main material in the office space, interspersed with black stainless steel panels. The purpose for limiting the material palette is to accentuate the project’s

function and identity as primarily a work space, and avoid the trap of over-emphasizing on leisure features and other dis-tracting elements that tend to define many co-working

spaces today. This way, the design allows users to enjoy and relax while exhibiting a high level of dedication and professionalism.

開放工位與獨(dú)立工位動(dòng)線明確，建立人流樞紐空間。?在每層辦公區(qū)置入可滿足不同規(guī)模的企業(yè)用戶需求的獨(dú)立辦公室。并設(shè)置開放工位區(qū)，供自由職業(yè)和獨(dú)立工作者使用的區(qū)域 ,  以滿足固定租戶的新增靈活工位需求，創(chuàng)造可以延展的可持?續(xù)空間。在流線上將辦公區(qū)和公共區(qū)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)分離，以滿足用戶對私密性的需求。                    

Defining the circulation for Zone-Open office and independent office to establish walk flow circulation point.Independent offices are placed in each office area that can meet the needs of enterprise users of different sizes. An open workstation area is set up for freelance and independent workers to meet the needs of new flexible workstations of fixed tenants, which creates and extends a sustainable space . The office area and the public area are appropriately separated on the flow line to meet the user’s need for privacy.

大量的公共休閑空間對工作者的情緒與效率會(huì)產(chǎn)生積極的影響，所以設(shè)計(jì)圍繞著共享辦公展開，為員工提供休憩的空間、獨(dú)處的空間及頭腦風(fēng)暴功能區(qū)，以其激活員工創(chuàng)造性的瞬間，降低職場倦怠。

 ?A large number of public leisure spaces will have a positive impact on the mood and efficiency of workers,so the building is organized around the social working environment,providing

employees with resting space, solitary space and brainstorming function area, which activates the creative moment of employees and reduces fatigue of employees.

設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)從香港城市街景中提取了相關(guān)元素，并通過現(xiàn)代的材料語言、空間語言闡述對城市的印象，為奔赴前海的港澳青年?duì)I造一種情感歸屬。

 ?The design team extracted relevant elements from Hong Kong's urban streetscape, and elaborated the impression of the city through modern material language and space language,

 creating an emotional belonging for Hong Kong and Macao youth who went to Qianhai.
